A convenient location and the great architecture of 'Shinagawa Forest' from the bubble era economy.

A great location and a grand view of the port through the hotel room window. The exceptionally generously spaced modern lobby and common area on the reception floor. The room was very quiet, and provided air ventilation by the window, an air cleaner, and hotel-standard amenities. An easy access to the Haneda airport, with only one- station transfer by the Rinkai Railway to the Tokyo Monorail. The hotel reception is on the 16th floor of a business building, situated inside the commercial quarter 'Shinagawa Forest.' The hotel offers direct access on its basement floor, to the entrance to the Shinagawa Seaside train station. Thus no need to go outside and look for the main entrance to the building. The mega size food & goods chain store, 'Aeon Style,' in the adjacent building, among other eateries in sight. It was an enjoyable location to spend the last few days of my stay in central Tokyo!

The hotel room, though comfortable, could be refurbished, as the furniture looked a bit worn out, and the carpet had old stains and thus could be shampooed or replaced to upscale the total image of the hotel.

Close to the train station, and had a lot of convenience stores and facilities around.

The room felt extremely stuffy at times and the AC unit didn't feel like it was working (we had it on HIGH and at 15° Celsius the whole time), our floor (floor 17) constantly reeked of smoke or cigarettes.

Pretty decent stay, good experience with the staff walking around the rooms. Has potential for improvements, this hotel

Close to train station, good room service (daily change of bed linen etc), high floor provided as requested.

Wifi was bad, staff did not understand when I raised this concern. I lost connection for an entire night, kept prompting me incorrect password and does not connect for more than 10 seconds. The room looked old, some equipment looked old/dusty, for example the water cooker and hair dryer. Hope to have a smart TV in the future. Body wash was a little dry for the skin.

Overall i feel comfort to stay here. I wish the staff can make some upgrade for making people more comfort to stay here.

The property is near the station and the place have a beautiful view, have a spacious lobby and facilities for waiting in the lobby

The first staff i met is lack of english so we did many missunderstanding, but the second and third staff i met so helpful and understand english so well. Cleaner staff also friendly but often forget to take the trash from our room, it makes our room kind a of little bit smelly because the room is small and can not open the window.

We would stay here again, it is in a great location with great views of the wharves.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It is in a good location in a quiet area. The hotel is situated above the SHINAGAWA Seaside train station and also beside a Aeon store, Burger King and many restaurants!

The carpet in our room needed replacing. Also, not all receptionists were able to speak English.

Nice hotel but smoking floors overpowered the hotel.

Location right next to a train station, bus terminal and taxi.

Smoking floors (17 & 18) were really stinky and you could smell the smoke in the elevators and on the 2 floors above.
