We would stay here again, it is in a great location with great views of the wharves.
This is our second stay at this hotel. It is in a good location in a quiet area. The hotel is situated above the SHINAGAWA Seaside train station and also beside a Aeon store, Burger King and many restaurants!
The carpet in our room needed replacing. Also, not all receptionists were able to speak English.

What was the highlight of LOISIR HOTEL SHINAGAWA SEASIDE
A convenient location and the great architecture of 'Shinagawa Forest' from the bubble era economy.
A great location and a grand view of the port through the hotel room window. The exceptionally generously spaced modern lobby and common area on the reception floor. The room was very quiet, and provided air ventilation by the window, an air cleaner, and hotel-standard amenities. An easy access to the Haneda airport, with only one- station transfer by the Rinkai Railway to the Tokyo Monorail. The hotel reception is on the 16th floor of a business building, situated inside the commercial quarter 'Shinagawa Forest.' The hotel offers direct access on its basement floor, to the entrance to the Shinagawa Seaside train station. Thus no need to go outside and look for the main entrance to the building. The mega size food & goods chain store, 'Aeon Style,' in the adjacent building, among other eateries in sight. It was an enjoyable location to spend the last few days of my stay in central Tokyo!
The hotel room, though comfortable, could be refurbished, as the furniture looked a bit worn out, and the carpet had old stains and thus could be shampooed or replaced to upscale the total image of the hotel.
